  • Applications for admissions are accepted during the month of December for Hiradale and Pre-Primary.
  • The School and its Management do not accept any donations or capitation fees. Beware of those who promise admission in exchange for money or other favours.
  • No requests for admissions will be entertained by the School Management or School Office.
  • Recommendation / request letters regarding admission will amount to rejection of the application. Kindly do not meet the school authorities regarding such matters.
  • Every Pupil seeking admission will be tested and interviewed. Admission will be given based on the result of interview and the test and will be subject to the vacancies in each class.
  • A new pupil who has attended a recognized school cannot be admitted without a Leaving Certificate from the school last attended.
  • In the case of children in the Pre-primary Section, should the government enforce any age restriction different to the one currently prevailing in the school, parents would have to comply with the regulation.
  • Payment of Rs. 500/- towards Registration charges should be made while submitting the form.
  • It is mandatory to attach Xerox copy of your address proof and Xerox copy of the birth certificate of the student.
  • Registration does not guarantee admission.

Eligibility

  • HIRADALE : 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021
  • JR KG : 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2020
  • SR KG : 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2019
  • There will be no relaxation on the age criteria.

WITHDRAWAL

  • A written notice of withdrawal must be given three months in advance. In special cases such as sudden transfer of parents, the Principal reduce the period of notice. Students leaving school in November and after will be charged all fees till the end of May.
  • The Caution Money will be refunded only if the pupil has attended the school at least for 2 years whatever may be reason for leaving. Subject to this the caution money which is to be paid at the time of admission will be refunded provided all dues are paid, library books or any other property which the student may have taken are returned to school in a proper condition. The original caution money receipt should be presented at this time, otherwise no refund will be made.
  • The Leaving Certificate will be given free of charge if the application is made within one year from the date of leaving the school or from the date of the result of public examination for which the pupil sat. after this period, a search fee of Rs. 25/- will be charged for every subsequent year subject to a maximum Rs. 100/-. Two weeks time must be given for the Leaving Certificate to be issued.
  • The Leaving Certificate will not be issued until all dues are settled.
  • The Principal reserves the right to request the withdrawal of any student if his/her behaviour is unsatisfactory.
